Terms of Service

"Services" means photography, social media management, software development, AI content generation tools, and any other services offered by MooyVx.

"Website" means mooyvx.com and all subdomains including mooyvx-learn.pages.dev, mooyvx-tools.pages.dev, mooyvx-resources.pages.dev, 100ideas-mooyvx.webbnicwe.workers.dev, and mooyvx-ai-tools-dev.webbnicwe.workers.dev.

"You" or "Client" means the person or entity using our Services.

"Content" means photos, videos, text, graphics, and any other material created or provided by MooyVx.

You agree to use our website and free tools (including the AI Content Generator at mooyvx-ai-tools-dev.webbnicwe.workers.dev) only for lawful purposes.

You may not:

• Use our tools to generate illegal, harmful, or abusive content
• Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or disrupt our services
• Use automated scripts or bots to access our website
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

⚠️ AI Tool Disclaimer: Content generated by our AI tools is for informational purposes only. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all generated content before using it for your business.

Booking & Cancellation: A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the shoot may forfeit the deposit.

Copyright & Ownership: MooyVx retains copyright of all raw images. Clients receive a license to use edited final images for personal or commercial purposes as agreed.

Usage Rights: MooyVx may use delivered images for portfolio, marketing, and social media purposes unless a non-disclosure agreement is signed.

Delivery Timeline: Edited photos are delivered within 5-10 business days unless otherwise stated in your service agreement.

Reshoot Policy: If you are unsatisfied with the final images, we will work with you to address reasonable concerns. Refunds are issued at our discretion.

Content Approval: You will have the opportunity to review and approve content before posting. MooyVx is not responsible for platform algorithm changes affecting reach or engagement.

Account Access: You grant MooyVx necessary access to your social media accounts. You may revoke access at any time with written notice.

Results: While we strive to grow your presence, we do not guarantee specific follower counts, engagement rates, or sales conversions.

Intellectual Property: The code, design, and functionality of any software or tool we build remains our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Licensing: You receive a license to use the software for your business purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, or claim ownership of our code.

Maintenance: We provide reasonable support for software we build. Ongoing maintenance fees may apply for significant updates or hosting.

"As-Is" Disclaimer: Software tools are provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Free Service: The AI Content Generator at mooyvx-ai-tools-dev.webbnicwe.workers.dev is provided completely free of charge. No credit card or sign-up required.

No Data Storage: We do not store any text you input or generate. All processing is real-time and anonymous.

Limitations: The AI tool has usage limits to ensure fair access for all users. Excessive use may be temporarily restricted.

Content Responsibility: You are solely responsible for how you use AI-generated content. We are not liable for any consequences arising from your use of generated content.

Availability: The tool is provided "as is" and may be modified or discontinued at any time without notice.

All fees for paid services are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) and exclude VAT unless stated otherwise.

Payment terms are specified in your service agreement. Late payments may incur interest or suspension of services.

Deposits are non-refundable unless MooyVx cancels the service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MooyVx shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (or R1000 for free service users).

We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
